Nervous about first pregnancy

Hi all, my first pregnancy here. Only going for my first check on 16 Feb. but getting very paranoid over every little tug / cramp :/

Congratulations! I’m almost 8 weeks now and I got cramps quite frequent in first few weeks but now only occasionally. Rest more!
