Preggy issue
Hi. First pregnancy ko po this time. Tanong ko lang po kung anong usual dapat kinakain since wala po akong cravings at ayaw ko (masusuka ako) po sa halos lahat ng foods. Salamat po sa makaka advice. thanks.

Eat fresh fruits, vegetables po, mga pagkain na rich in fiber para iwas constipation and drink plenty of water po 🙂
