Expressing breast milk

Hi fellow mums. Ive just started my 3rd trim and had the green light from my gynae to go ahead with expressing colostrum arnd week 34 onwards.Has any mummy done this, how to go about or any professionals to recommend? Thanks!#pregnancy #1stimemom #firstbaby #advicepls
