Diarrhoea during 3rd trimester

Hi fellow mummies, I'm a FTM, currently in my 3rd trimester (36weeks). I'm experiencing frequent toilet visit to poo (sorry TMI). Just wondering if this is common or signs of upcoming labour? Or simply I ate sth bad..? Thanks in advance for any advice!

I poop more often now as well (like 3x a day Lol) Could be diarrhoea and could be hard stool, but when the stool is hard i use this opportunity to practice breathing hahaha

it’s common, not labour sign. the weight of baby causes your intestines to contract often, so it could cause diarrhoea
