Pumping at work

Hi fellow mummies, As I will be returning to work soon. I will need to pump for my baby when I’m in office. But what is the right way to store the milk until I reach home in the evening? Bec the fridge in my office don’t seem so “fresh” nor clean. I’m worried that placing in the fridge will contaminate the milk.

Bring a cooler bag with lots of ice packs. Back when there was no designated fridge for pumping mum’s BM, I put my EBM inside a plastic box before putting in the shared fridge. Then when it’s time to go home, I take the EBM out and into my cooler bag with ice packs. (I put the ice packs in a square plastic container and put in the freezer during working hours)
