Blood clot in leg

Hi fellow mummies. I am 1 month post delivery via csec. The doctors recently detected a blood clot in my leg and am given blood thinners. Do advise me on what I can do at home to aid recovery. Thank you in advance. #advicepls #1stimemom

Hey mama, Try elevating your legs and wearing compression stockings. Drinking lots of fluids might help too.
