Shouting and showing frustration

Hello fellow mommies, Is it normal for a 11 months old baby to shout and whine when he dont get something? And when we carry him, he will throw his body to the back and keep crying shouting so badly. Is this even normal? He will show his frustration by clenching his fist. Help.

Yes it’s normal. They feel frustration when they are unable to communicate. Give him time to calm down instead of trying to soothe him right away. Even adults when very angry, nothing goes into our head. So try reasoning with him why he can’t have the item after he has calmed down.
