1. i wore binder until 8 months pp just to make sure my figure gets back asap. no mom pouch at 3 months pp. wore it every day even while sleeping. it also helped a lot during recovery because it supports my core so when i move, i dont feel pain. 2. sleep kung saan ka comfortable. i used to sleep while sitting sa bed because it was easier for me than when i lay down. 3. wear your binder tightly so it can support your core. it helps a lot.
