Feel super sleepy after meal

Feel super sleepy after meal. Am now at 19 weeks plus 1. Is that normal?

Yes normal. Even before pregnancy… I feel like sleeping after eating 😂 吃饱好睡觉 (Eat full nice to sleep)🤤
