FAMHEALTHY: Gabay sa Quarantine Eating Admittedly, I am one of those who have gained weight during the quarantine season. It may be the combination of stress eating and the different food crazes we had the past months. The discussion yesterday between Doc Ging and Doc Lynn reminded me to be mindful of what and how much I eat. As early as possible, we need to watch out what we eat to avoid to complications like high blood, cholesterol, kidney problems later on in life. My key takeaway is an advise from Doc Lynn.
