Breastfeeding vs Formula fed

Faham breastfeeding is much much better than formula. Even if supply cukup2 (Enougher), boleh ke nak intro formula jugak ? Masuk kerja in 2-3 weeks time. Nak intro formula (Mix feeding formula & breastfeeding), ptt ke tak ya? Jenis tempat kerja yg hectic, perlu bergerak byk & mostly tak byk duduk mcm office, risau tak sempat pump, risau susu drop. Also risau side effects susu formula tak sesuai with baby 🤧 Also for mental health jugak 😔I feel bad if tak dpt full breastfeed/jadi epmom, but currently too much mental/physical load 🤒 #Needadvice #firsttimemom #AskingAsAMom
