Persistent rash

Yes looks a lot like ezcema but can check with skin doc / PD. Usually ezcema is give steroid cream (but not recommended if too young) or moisturizer (like QV). Sometimes can be food. I got a friend who did allergy test, then stopped eggs and shrimps. Most of the ezcema went away after she stop eating those.
