I like this poll. We are so honest to admit that we never exercise. And I always make myself feel better by telling myself that doing housework is exercising. Win liao! :)

Cant really remember when coz having twins and taking care of them all by myself doesnt give me luxury of time. When im free all i want to do is sleep. Hahaha

If some of you feel tired all the time, maybe I can help. As in, in terms of nutrition to build up your body

Raisng a baby is the best comprehensive workout...i came back in shape just by being hands on with my baby

In hindsight, I should have pushed myself and started exercising

I’m a exercise freak before so had to get back into it asap

5 months later.. slowly back into routine to keep fit

Started after 2 months with little yoga and walking

Needed to start slow especially after confinement

I started yoga after a month from pregnancy
