Just Mums

SAHM or Career ?

Hi everyone, wondering anybody facing same issue and how u deal with it? My husband is very supportive of whichever decision I made eventually. I am thinking of spending more quality time with my child probably till at least they are settled down till in playgroup or K2. While I know in current context, having additional income will be able to provide more for my child such as enrichment/activities. In terms of financial wise, we have no major issues and is living comfortably. My concern is it worth to sacrifice career over quality time as afraid by then I may lose touch with society/job knowledge. Secondly, I will also lose out on the working mother subsidy if I were to sent them to childcare. Please advice how to deal with this thought 🙁#1stimemom #advicepls

If I am in your position, I think Im very lucky to be able to choose.. For me, would spend time with them till they are n1 and go back to society to work.. Able to spend quality time with them till 4yo and still get back to work when I had a good break..
