Kids taking charge of their teeth

Hello Everyone! 👋🏻 Today I would like to share with you what I learned about kids taking charge of their teeth. 🦷They must brush at least twice a day — after breakfast and before bedtime. 🦷Ask them to brush all, not just the front teeth. Spending time on the teeth along the sides and in the back. 🦷Track time using a timer or play a song to help pass the time, it has to be about 2 or 3minutes. 🦷Be sure the toothbrush has soft bristles (the package will tell you if they're soft) and get a new one every 3 months. 🦷Check the amount of toothpaste used. In young children from 2 to 5 years old, dentists recommend a small amount of toothpaste the size of a pea. 🦷You can also show them how to brush their tongue to help keep fresh breath. 🦷Last but not least important: visit your dentist twice a year. Sometimes this can be a challenge. Do you find it difficult to get your children to adopt this good habit?
