Mas ok pa din po ang homecooked meals. I usually cook in batches. Steamed gulay lang tapos i blend with milk. Nilalagay ko sa ice tray tapos pag frozen na, i put sa tupperware. Mas madali than cook everytime tsaka at least pwede maghalo ng fruits sa gulay. I cook pang 3 days lang na kaya niya ubusin. Pag freezer, siguro mga 1 week. Hindi ko din pinapatagal ng matagal e. Matakaw din kasi yung anak ko. What i do is steam broccoli. Blend with breast milk. Lagay sa tray and freeze. Separate batch naman apple. Blend and freeze. But when i serve, i get 3 cubes of broccoli then 3 cubes of apple. I mix and match the veggies with the fruits. Minsan veggies lang talaga para hindi masanay sa matamis.
