7 weeks GA, gestational sac present but no fetal pole.

Hi everyone! Last Friday nag-pacheck up ako at nag-patransv ultrasound and I found out na no fetal pole at 7 weeks. Kinabukasan nag-spotting ako, agad kong ininform OB ko, niresetahan nya ako ng uterine relaxant but until now may spotting pa din at medyo may buo buo na. I'm kinda worried kasi ang sabi ni OB kung 3 days at hindi pa tumigil yung spotting need ko na daw magpaadmit sa ospital. I'm thinking of getting a second opinion. Any advice and message will be greatly appreciated. Ang daming tumatakbo sa isip and I cannot think anymore since dalawa lang kami ng toddler ko sa house.

Update: Nagpasecond opinion po ako, present na si baby but no heartbeat also irregular din po ang gestational sac ko kaya tinapat po ako ni OB na mataas ang chance na hindi magtuloy ang pregnancy ko. Oct 17 po dinala ako sa ospital kasi nagbleed na ko, at parang maglelabor ako sa sobrang sakit ng puson at balakang ko. Niraspa po ako. Right now, nagpapahinga na po ako. It's really hard to accept but I must go on kasi I have a toddler. Thank you for this community, I learned a lot.
