I hate veges, what to do??

Hi everyone, I’m a person who doesn’t like her veges, even tomatoes. Just wondering what kind of food I can eat to replace the lack of eating veges? Worry this might impact my baby’s growth…

If you are a pregnant mom who hates eating vegetables, there are a few things you can do to get the nutrients you need without forcing yourself to eat foods you don't enjoy: 1. Try blending vegetables into smoothies or soups, where you can still get the nutrients without having to taste the vegetables directly. 2. Experiment with different cooking methods, such as roasting or grilling, which can bring out the natural sweetness and flavor of vegetables. 3. Mix vegetables with other ingredients you enjoy, such as cheese, herbs, or spices, to make them more palatable. 4. Consider taking a prenatal vitamin or supplement that contains the essential nutrients you need, such as folate and iron, to ensure you are meeting your nutritional needs.

I didn’t take my greens during my first pregnancy. Just take your supplements. The baby will take whatever nutrients they need from your body so just eat what you can and be happy during your pregnancy.
