Spotting

Hi everyone Im on my 3rd-4th month of preganancy and just yesterday and last night I saw a blood stain on the tissue after urinating. Is it still normal to have such? Wala naman pag morning, im still working in a bpo company so nighy shift ako palagi. Thanks
