NUH Private or subsidised?

Hi everyone! If I wanted to go the NUH private route, do I need a recommendation letter from the polyclinic first? Or just make an appointment directly with NUH? Any idea how to make an appointment directly too?

can make an appt directly with nuh and request for the specific Dr if you already know who you want to go with. you don't need a referral from polyclinic unless you want subsidised class.

Agree. I went private under NUH and just booked an appt with the hospital directly. Can specify the doctor you want,but if it's a popular doctor, the date can be scheduled quite far back as well.

i called NUH directly and made an appointment..didnt need a poly referral unless going for subsidized....

I believe you would still need referral from polyclinic to hospitals
