My son had a similar one from BCG Jab, i didnt squeeze it thou, it popped and had some blood after, did ask the nurse when we went for his check up, they said its normal. But you may want to check with your doctor just in case

is it the BCG jab wound? my baby used to have a little pus I squeeze it out like pimple and it heal

It looks like a skin wart, should be harmless but I would see a pd for reassurance
Insect bite? How long it was there?
