Blood in womb is it normal at week 6

Hi everyone, just did a scan a week 6 scan and baby is good with heartbeat but gynae said there is abit blood inside the womb is it normal? He didn't mention much concern and I'm not experience any bleeding too. Anyone had this encounter before can share with me.
