Hi everyone, currently pregnant 39weeks 2days, my muscles plug just came out. what should I do??? (Sorry for the pic) I really don't know what to do.

Hey mama, it means that labour is about to begin. It could be a few hours or a couple of weeks. Just observe and watch out for contractions. You’re going to be a mama soon! Keep us posted
