Baby formula and phlegm

Hello everyone, my baby is 9m and on nan optipro 2. Recently i keep hearing nasal phlegm sounds and I'm concerned if its anything. Her energy level is same, still high but these 2to3days she poo like many times, not watery stools though.. Any experience on this? Should i change her formula?
