baby acne - any tips?

hi everyone, my 3 week old started to develop baby acne recently. it looks like milia. i understand this is normal and we can leave it alone, and it will go away eventually. any tips on topical cream that i can use in the meantime? I am currently using lucas papaw. is that ok or anyone has experience on the balm making if worse?

first time mummy

use warm water to wipe down frequently and when it dries up (acne goes away), use sebamed facial cream to lock the moisture

Excited to become a mum

My cousin with same experience just use distilled water and cotton to clean baby face every time

Don’t need to do anything to it, it will go away on its own. :)
