tired of parenting

Ever since my little one arrived, my whole day feels like a blur of feeding, changing, burping, and rocking. By the time I sit down, it’s usually time to start all over again 😅. I didn’t realise how hard it would be to even find 10 minutes just for myself — sometimes I can’t even finish a cup of tea while it’s still hot! I’m curious, how do you carve out those little pockets of “me time” in your day? Even if it’s just a few minutes, what do you like to do that helps you recharge — a quick shower, scrolling your phone, a short walk, or something else? Would love to hear your tips so I can try them too. 💛

I don't think it's enough to recharge during the time baby is sleeping.. Because there are so many things to do, especially if the baby is still young. If you are doing this alone, do get help if possible..
