tired of parenting

Ever since my little one arrived, my whole day feels like a blur of feeding, changing, burping, and rocking. By the time I sit down, it’s usually time to start all over again 😅. I didn’t realise how hard it would be to even find 10 minutes just for myself — sometimes I can’t even finish a cup of tea while it’s still hot! I’m curious, how do you carve out those little pockets of “me time” in your day? Even if it’s just a few minutes, what do you like to do that helps you recharge — a quick shower, scrolling your phone, a short walk, or something else? Would love to hear your tips so I can try them too. 💛

Get family to help. Husband, parents , in laws, siblings etc, basically anyone you trust. But close 2 eyes if they didnt seem to do things the way you want them done, else it'll just be hard on yourself. Also, your baby sounds very young..once he/she grows a bit older, the feeding/burping/coaxing to sleep/endless baby tasks will slowly but surely dwindle off. There will come a time when you will have your own time again. Hang in there!
