I have seen smart people who finds it difficult to adjust when socializing...like a square peg trying to fit in to a circle...its sad

Both is equally important! But EQ a little bit more for better human relations haha

I think both are equally important and we try to develop both in our child :)

EQ is more important now, but having high IQ is still being looked up upon

street smart rather than book smart. Books smart can be learnt

High IQ must be Balanced by high EQ

One is nothing without the other.
