How many post natal massage sessions is recommended? And is herbal compress necessary?

Either 8/11 sessions so I’m not sure how many is needed! And top up for herbal compress or don’t need to? #firsttimemom

it really differs from mummy to mummy, and how much you can afford. recommended more sessions of course if you can.
