I heard it’s better not to eat because it’s cooling. For me, I tried to avoid especially during the first trimester.

    watermelon is a sunnah food to eat apart from dates in pregnancy and it is safe to eat watermelon as long as you eat in moderation. dnt worry mummy. i like to eat watermelon too as it keeps me hydrated.
