Need opinions by mummies who had gone through the same thing as me

During my 1st official scan, the doc said that my water level is fine, but its a little on the low side (not worrying)but told me to be wary of leakage. However i start yo realise that my undies get unusually wet, and i felt trickles sometimes when standing , and yesterday i felt it again and it makes me worry, is that consider as waterbag leaking? And if it does, will it be okay to wait ( my next app on 17/4) or straight to A&E? And what should i expect when i reach there? Currently my 5th pregnancy and at 17 weeks! TIA!
