Decaf coffee/Tea/Milo, limited to 2 cups maximum a day. The caffeine limit is 200mg a day, caffeine for the 3 different drinks is only 7mg/11mg/5mg respectively.. 🤭

gynae said i can drink 1 cup a day but I only allow myself to drink 2 (solid) cups of my fav coffee a week. Every sip is so precious 🥲
15 weeks here... nakaka 4 mugs of coffee ako madalas a day.. pero nung na preggy ako... ayaw ko ng kape... nahihilo ako sa amoy, and nasusuka..
