Does nanny live with you or not? Do you pay her travelling expense if she live out?

For my friends who engaged nanny services, they are travelling to nanny's house, to send their baby before working and pick up baby after work. Thus, they choose nanny who is staying nearby. So far, I have not heard of nanny travelling to house, unless you are willing to fork out more fees for the time and cost of her travelling.

Our nanny does not live with us. Her fees bakes in all these misc charges like transport etc
