Actually, when the breast is empty after feedings, it does look saggy. Breast appearance is determined by various factors including: - Number of pregnancies - Age - BMI - History of smoking - Large pregnancy breast size For me, I've never really bothered about my appearance and I don't bother if it really sags because I know that breast milk is best for my child and nothing is more important than my child's health.
