During my two pregnancy, I took folic acid till 12 weeks then entering 2nd tri then Ill take obumin.
Gynae gave me multivitamins and folic acid ever since my first visit (ard 5 weeks)
My Gynae told me not to start until week 12. I am now on folic acid only.
