Prenatal vitamins and obimin

Hi, does anyone knows if i can consume obimin and prenatal at the same time when im on my first trimester? Currently on week 6. #pleasehelp #advicepls #firsttimemom

During my two pregnancy, I took folic acid till 12 weeks then entering 2nd tri then Ill take obumin.

Gynae gave me multivitamins and folic acid ever since my first visit (ard 5 weeks)

My Gynae told me not to start until week 12. I am now on folic acid only.

Always check with your gynae
