Not sure what it is. But hopefully, it's just baby acne (which is common for newborns). For baby acne, I just used breastmilk + warm water to wipe my baby's face as a skin care. Usually baby acne goes away on its own but if it really concerns you, mummy you can go check it with your pedia.
