Red dry patch

Hi does anyone know what this could be? There's one of his cheeks and 1 on each elbow... and his forehead is also quite red and bumpy and dry. #firsttimemom

Oh no, poor little one 😢. My baby had something similar a few weeks back — red, dry patches on the cheeks and elbows, plus a bit of rough skin on the forehead. I was so worried it might be eczema or some kind of allergy.
