34 weeks nagstart na ko 1cap per day. now na 36 wks na ay 2caps per day na. natalac. with reseta of my OB.

    you should have asked your OB during checkups but i think you can take natalac naman na

    yes. 2weeks before giving birth as per manufacturer's instruction of said product.
