i want to sure my baby if normal

Hi Doc Can a little bit spermcell can make pregnant? because me and my girlfriend having sex 3 times in hours and our 1st sex i withdraw my spermcell and the 2nd sex i withdraw again and the 3rd sex i inserted inside my spermcell in her Vagina may i ask if the Baby is still Healthy or Normal because she is pregnant now
