Do daycares follow your given schedule of eating, sleeping, feeding?

I've checked with a couple of infant cares and while they say they do try to follow to our schedules that we give them, it would eventually be according to their schedules. As Jorelle mentioned, childcares have a ratio of about 1:4 kids to teacher at any one time so it's difficult for them to follow each individual child's schedule.
