Peeing. I wake up atleast 2-3 times every night

I wake up all the time. I’m a light sleeper

Probably nightmares followed by mozzies

When I’m hungry and have gastrics

temperature and discomfort

Husband’s snoring haha

waking up too many times

waking up for the toilet

i have diabetes

Bb cry for milk
