Your first trimester diet should include:

Select multiple options
Fruits: 3-4 servings a day.
Spicy food
Vegetables: 3-5 servings a day.
Sweets
Dairy foods: 3 servings a day.
Protein: 2-3 servings a day
Whole grains: 3 servings a day.
Water
