if u are unable to keep any food or liquid down, u need to go to the hospital for iv drip. try eating smaller meals and bland food. I had meiji plain crackers for almost 2 months w plain water or milo. sometimes I sip on 100plus. the most important thing is to keep yourself hydrated. also, I find napping away keeps my nausea at bay but the moment I'm awake, it's back. the only takeaway from this is you know your fetus is growing well in your womb. anyway, maybe visit your gynae and inform them about it so they would prescribe dilectin for you to curb the morning sickness.

Actually I feel that there is no cure for morning sickness. I have bad morning sickness when I had my three kids. so terrible. I tried to eat something sour or sometime something sweet just to ease the nauseous. I learn to eat lesser each meal but snack when I feel hungry. hang in there . it will be over on the 4th month! bring a bag out in case u need to puke in the train or car. you can do it!!!

Try having smaller meals and drink soup. At least will have some nutrients.
