Private gynae collect deposit in advance
Did your gynae collect deposit in advance? I am seeing private gynae. So if i want to switch gynae, my deposit wont be refunded?
Mine did but it was after I confirmed my birth method (around 36weeks) so I find it reasonable since I probably won’t switch anymore at 36 weeks. If for early trimesters, I won’t advise you to pay deposit unless you really confirmed on your preferred gynae. Most people won’t offer refund policy due to change of mind.

I'm also seeing a private gynae at TMC and recently when I went for my 34 weeks check up, we made a deposit of 2.2k for delivery as we alr decided that I'll be giving birth here.

Mine is private. No deposit needed. Only paid for package and need pay for doctor fee at week 20.
