Down Syndrome Check

Just did a first trimester down syndrome check in KKH, found that there is an absence of nose bridge and low level of PAPP-A. High risk of down syndrome 1 in 2 chance. Need to do an invasive check during week 16 (with 100% accuracy). Just checking anyone with similar results but ended up to be having a normal baby?

I did harmony and showed high risk for digeorge. I did amnio and it was a false positive. Amnio was quite uneventful and very quick process - don’t worry abt it. Mine was at sgh under Dr Tan Wei Ching, who was so assuring, extremely competent and wonderful. I knew everything would be ok at my first appmt with her. I know how emotionally and psychologically u might be affected by this news. U have to keep strong and positive - at times these tests do have false positives, and a high rate as well.
