Sleep regression

Did you experience this with your lo, mga mi? If so, ilang month si lo nyo when it happened? Any tips po? My lo is 6 months and i'm currently having a hard time putting him to sleep. #firsttimemommy #Sleepregression

Ang alam ko po, sleep regression happens at 4 months. Possible po na growth spurt ulit ni LO nyo kasi it happens po during 2, 4, 8 weeks ni LO then 3, 6, 9 months ulit. Kung may routine po kayo before sya magreach ng ganyang age, siguro po ituloy nyo lang.
