Nauseated af

Diclectin doesnt work on its own already for this 2nd pregnancy. Doctor had to prescribe the promethazine syrup 2.5mls on top of my diclectin for my nausea to cool down. Any mummies experience EXTREMELY bad nausea? I havent threw up but it’s unbearable.
