paracetamol is taken every 4-6hours. you can give it every 5-6hours para hindi lumagpas sa 5 doses per day. give paracetamol if temp is 37.8C or above, as advised by our pedia. so if less than 37.8C, we do not give it. then, we will check the temperature hourly after that, then to give paracetamol as needed.
