Di po ako gaano naglalakad lakad kase sumasakit po tyan ko kapag napasobra sa lakad. Okay lang po ba madalang lang maglakad? Target ko po kase mailabas na si baby ng 37 weeks+.

Never ako naglakad lakad, as in madalas kain tulog lang ako kasi ang bilis ko din hingalin. Akyat baba lang ng hagdan kapag kakain o kaya maliligo. 37 weeks na ko and closed cervix parin saka mataas pa daw si baby. Kung target mo 37 weeks, I suggest maging active ka na kahit paano. Pero wag naman po pwersahin kasi baka masyadong mapaaga. Madami naman exercises pag kabuwanan na talaga.
